Alternative to gym or leaving the house while pregnant!!
When you are pregnant, sometimes you don't feel like leaving the house. You have to put on warm clothes if it's cold, you have to drive to your destination and blah blah blah! I LOVE staying fit! After all you can be a mom, but you don't have to look like one. When people think of mothers, they think of out of shape, messy hair, and basic. Why settle for those three descriptions when you can do all the things to keep you looking fit and fab. Exercise during pregnancy is very important. It keeps you in shape to deliver, it keeps you in shape so it's easy to get in shape after. It keeps you energized during your pregnancy. Now if you are high risk, that's a different story, but if not, GET your WORKOUT on!!! I bought this sexy little bike on amazon. It was 100 dollars. Folds up nicely in a closet. I keep it by my bed, so I can hop on it and ride at least 30 minutes a day. It's great cardio, great for your legs and you get to sit, something I LOVE doing. You can read, watch tv, type on your blog, etc while riding. It's a quick, easy way to maintain fitness while pregnant. So all you fab mommies out there, hop on a bike if you want to stay in and get your cardio on. ;)

Staying fit with baby.
The most common excuse that new moms use for not working out is "not having time". Truth is, there is always time for what you put your mind to. You don't have to have day care or a sitter to workout. You don't have to have a trainer to workout. You can look online for meetup groups in your area! There are millions of moms like you. Moms that want to meet up and workout. You will find out that some of the moms are already fit and are trainers as well. They are moms that are looking to meet up and workout, just like you. So if you can't find the motivation on your own, find moms like you to get in track.
