Make sure you are drinking your water!!

Make sure you are drinking your water.  Sometimes your body tell you that you are hungry, but your actually dehydrated and thirsty.  Make sure your getting at least 8 glasses of water a day.  When you stay replenished you have more energy, better digestion, sexy skin, energized muscles, better circulation and much more!  Get your drink on!  Here is a fantastic app that is fun to help you keep track of how much you are drinking.  ;).
